User Abuse Policy (Hacking)

Those who are caught in violation of game play rules must be summarily punished to protect the general interests of other players. The following rules will be implemented starting 20 April 2009 (Monday).

Definition:

Usage of third party software, any forms of editors, trainers or debuggers (Hack tools) in altering the Game which may/may not lead to an unfair advantage in game play over other players. (E.g. Fly hack, god mode, auto-click, auto-loot.)

In Addition:
1. Gaining benefits from hacker is also considered abusing hacks. Players are warned not to party with any hacker, or if they find any hacker within their party, report them and leave the party.

2. Players or characters who intentionally aid a hacker or found receiving any form of assistances, aids or benefits from hackers intentionally will be given the same penalty as hacking.

Penalty for hacking include:

Accounts banned from playing will vary in duration in accordance with the type of offences:

Requesting of hack = 14 days of Ban.
Selling/Advertising of hack = 14 days of Ban.
Hacking = 20/30 days of Ban.
Combine hack + bot = 50 days of Ban
Gaining benefits and/or collaborate with hacker = 20/30 days of Ban.

Players will not be able to access the offending game account in any way during the ban period.

a) Permanent WarMS accounts suspension for repeat offenders.

Third time offenders will face permanent suspension of all WarMS accounts regardless of any previous account reactivations.

* All GM decisions are final in the game.
* Appeals will not be entertained, otherwise really reasonable.

If user finds that the penalties are too heavy, then do not hack or cheat.
Fair play is important in the gaming community.

All banned accounts (for hacking, scamming, drop game, advertising hack, selling cash items, selling accounts etc.) will result in their respective accounts being suspended for security reasons. No refunds will be made for any A-Cash or items left within.
